Finals Game 3: Vancouver 3 @ San Jose 0

After suffering 2 losses at home to the Sharks, Linden freaked out in the dressing room. He was quoted as saying "I've now played more games than anyone else in history without winning the cup, and I've had enough". This, plus a good swift kick in several a$$e$ seemed to motivate the Canucks.

The first period was slow, ending up tied at 0-0, but mid way through the second, Naslund ripped home an ugly rebound and muttered "hey, garbage counts too". In the third, Linden snapped a wrist shot past Nabakov to seal the deal, and Kesler followed it up with only a couple of minutes left with a dribbler that obviously confused Nabakov's coach, as he sent him to ride the pine for the remainder of the game.
