Once again Luongo saved the day as Vancouver flew into the duck pond. It was another close game for the Canucks as they struggled to capitalize on their chances. It looked like it was going to be an easy night as Ohlund stepped across the blue line and ripped a wrist shot that seemed to fool Giguere and trickled in. There was no more scoring, but lots of chances at both ends until late in the third period when Burrows slipped one in to seal the deal. The last 5 minutes was pretty frantic in the Canucks zone, but Luongo managed to hold on for the shutout. Most importantly however, to an Edmontonian, was the fact that in the second period, Pronger got absolutely levelled :)
