Toronto 1 @ Vancouver 2
The leafs lost a heartbreaker in Vancouver last night in a very tight game. It was actually a pretty uneventful game as there was no scoring in the first or second periods. There were plenty of chances, but both goalies looked sharp.
In the third, Vancouver opened the scoring on a shorthanded goal by Bieksa, but just over a minute later, on the same PP, Sundin managed to rip one by Luongo. It looked as if it was going to overtime, but with 32 seconds left, Ohlund fired a weak wristshot that seemed to handcuff Raycroft, hitting his shoulder and rolling down his back and in. The last 30 seconds was a flurry of course, but Luongo managed to hold on.
