The Blackhawks eked out another win, and this time they managed to outshoot their opponents for the first time in about three hundred years (well, that's what it feels like!)

Martin Havlat scored the first goal after hogging the puck from the Carolina blue line in the second but youngster Andrew Ladd equalised in the third period.

The Blackhawks claimed the win whe defenceman Duncan Keith grabbed the winner after beating Cam Ward with a quick snap shot. Though Ward let in two goals, he made some quality saves and was showing the form that made him the winner of the Conn Smythe last year - in fact, I predict he will get a shutout next game ;-)
