The Sens extinguishes the Flames

Ottawa came back home with a lost against Calgary but with a desire for a win.

As soon as the puck was dropped on the ice, Ottawa began to put pressure on the Flames defenses. The Sens contained the Flames in their zone, constantly on the puck and Calgary giving a hard time getting the puck out.

Ottawa kept the momentum, but the score remained 0 - 0 in the first 2 period.
The Sens had to wait in the 3rd Period when Spezza took an amazing wrist shot from the blue line which ended up in the right top corner of the net.

The Flames tried to get back in the game taking lot of shots on Gerber but to no avail.
