Toronto 2 @ Buffalo 0

The Leafs really came out to play in the final game of the season series between these two geographical rivals, blitzing the Sabres from the opening faceoff. Ryan Miller's superb goaltending was the reason the Leafs didn't put 2 or 3 more on the scoreboard.

As with a good portion of their games this year, this one went into the third period at a goalless tie. Shortly after a Leaf penalty ended, Darcy Tucker and Chad Kilger sprung loose for a 2-1 on Miller, Tucker feeding Kilger on the doorstep and a tap-in put the Leafs up 1-0. The Leafs stifled the Sabres all game, letting them get in the zone but keeping the puck away from goalie Andrew Raycroft. Michael Peca wristed an insurance goal past Ryan Miller in the closing seconds to make the final score 2-0.
