Phoenix 0 @ Toronto 2

The Leafs and Coyotes faced off in Toronto in the 2nd game of their home and home series Tuesday night. The first game was a close affair, with the Leafs coming back from a 1-goal deficit to take the game 2-1.

Mats Sundin put the Leafs up 1-0 early in the game, converting a Tomas Kaberle pass and beating Curtis Joseph. The Leafs had control of this game from the drop of the puck, keeping Phoenix to only 5 shots after 2 periods. In the third, Darcy Tucker took another nice pass delivered by Kaberle and beat Joseph high on the glove side, making it 2-0 and putting the game away for Toronto.

The Leafs won their 6th in a row, to improve their GUGHL record to 9-1, giving up only 4 goals in the process.
