Montreal 2 @ Boston 1 OT

The flame in the old heated rivalry was stoked sunday night when the Habs rolled into Beantown. Tim Thomas's outstanding play as of late was put in check by a streaking Souray slapper :31 into the game. After that things tighted down and both teams played top notch defense until Donovan tied it late in the second. The third had both teams with numerous chances but unable to seal it. Montreal took advantage of another face off jump and Koivu sniped a low wrister to end the game.
