For the second straight game Turco pulls out a shutout. "I don't know what is going on with that guy" Morrow was overheard saying, "He seems a lot stronger that before, and for some reason he was practicing round-house kicks before the game".

Again, the game was very tight until the Stars were able to open the scoring. Barnes was able to score with 30 seconds left in the 1st period to start the 4 goal session.
